This recipe is another one that came to me by way of dear friends (well, more like family, really). I spent days of homesickness as well as days of celebration stuffing my face with these cookies.
They are soft, but don’t fall apart. They’re ooey, gooey, and oh-so-perfect for dunking.
This recipe is also perfect for adding tweaks of your own. Would you like butterscotch or mint chips? Swap them with the traditional chocolate chip! Want a cowboy cookie? Add your coconut, oatmeal, or other favorites. This is the perfect recipe to try for your next sweet treat.
