There aren’t many desserts that are more of a crowd-pleaser than this Pink Jello Salad. I have enjoyed it at holidays and family functions for years and years.
Years ago, while still in college, I was asked to bring a dessert to a dinner function, and I knew right away that this was the dish I wanted to bring. I immediately texted my friend Mindy, the true queen of this recipe, and asked if I could have her recipe. On the phone later than evening, I scribbled the recipe on a half sheet of paper. I’ve never stopped making it since.
When you try this recipe, you can choose any fruit that you enjoy that has a matching Jello. For instance, if you want to make it a Raspberry Jello Salad, choose raspberries and the raspberry Jello. I prefer strawberry, so in my recipe below you’ll see that I chose strawberries and the strawberry flavored Jello.
